Winds, cold, and freezing temperatures can sure equal damage.

We get ready for a storm or so we think. Did we check the insulation? Did we check the sub pump; is it working? What happens if we lose power during a storm? Do we have a back up generator?

So many questions that often go unanswered until it's too late.

Be ready for a storm this winter. Don't assume because you have weathered other storms in the past that you can weather this one. All it might take is a certain direction of wind to hit that un-insulated pipe the right way or you have a generator so you don't even think to make sure the sub pump even works. 

It can happen to anyone but increase your odds of weathering old man winter by being prepared for the worse.
